Section 237
Succession Deemed To Be Opened
Upon the death of a person,
succession to his or her property shall be deemed to be opened.
Explanation: For the purposes of this Chapter, the term
'succession' means devolution of liabilities and rights in regard to
debt, wealth and property of the deceased upon his or her heirs in
accordance with law.
